Mycobacterium enzyme InhA, isoniazid and 15 other related Isoniazid derivatives were modeled. Sybyl, Amber, and various graphical software were also used in this project.All work was done on SGI Workstations and SUN workstations in IRIX Solaris, respectively. Page 7 of 8

Quantum Mechanics:

Developed stable structures of dodecahedron water clusters hydrates using Gaussian 09. An Ab initio Studies.
