EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

3/09 – 9/15 Sr. Project Manager

Precision Techniques, Inc. (PTI) - Bronx NY – Full Service Manufacturing and Assembly company providing turn key service for injection molding of all thermoplastic materials, including mold making and design. In addition, PTI provides a full range of capabilities for assembly, design, packaging and distribution (see web site - precisiontechniques.com).

As a member of the management team for PTI, involved in all aspects of the business. Responsibilities included:

- Sales and Customer Service for key customers including quoting and proposals, order processing and tracking

- Production planning, inventory control and scheduling for assembly operations

- Office management including procurement and accounts payable for both production raw materials and general office supplies

- Primary contact for all office services including IT infrastructure, web site, phone systems, Internet and utilities

- “Hands On” experience with Microsoft suite including Word and Excel and Quickbooks and numerous e-mail systems

8/99 – 12/08 Vice President, Information Technology

Precision Valve Corporation, Yonkers, NY - $350 MM manufacturer of Aerosol valves and related products utilized by the worlds largest major consumer product companies

Appointed to the new position of VP, Information Technology to develop overall strategy and plan for all information technology and communications activities for the corporation. This encompassed operations in North America, Europe, Latin America and the Asia/Pacific regions which had previously operated independently.

1/99 – 08-99 Vice President, Information TechnologyTII Industries, Inc., Copiague, NY - $60MM High Technology manufacturer of over voltage surge protection, network interface devices and specialized electronic products for use in the telecommunications industry.

Responsible for all Information Technology activities for the company with headquarters and R&D in Long Island and manufacturing facilities in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

1995 – 11/98 Vice President, Information Technology Services

Eagle Electric Manufacturing, Co., Long Island City NY

$200MM manufacturing of electrical wiring devices service the consumer “Big Box” market and electrical distributors and contractors.

Responsible for all Information Technology and telecommunications activities for the corporation in support of the three manufacturing sites, two new distribution centers, three sales offices and corporate headquarters.

1990 – 1995 Director, Information Technology Services

Materials Research Corporation, Orangeburg, NY – Wholly owned Subsidiary of SONY Corporation. $250MM international manufacturer of equipment and materials utilized in the production of semi-conductors.

Responsible for management of all aspects of all information systems activities world wide for the company, including operations throughout the U.S., Japan and Europe. Management of a staff of 20 I.T. professionals.

1984 – 1990 Vice President, MIS & Telecommunications

Contel IPC, Stamford, CT - $125MM vertically integrated manufacturer of specialized communications equipment servicing the financial community.

Responsible for all IT and Telecommunications related activities for the division encompassing application development, computer and data network operations, office automation and voice communications.

Managed the design, construction and relocation of two data centers including hardware, data communications and telephone facilities.

Introduced and implemented company-wide PC strategy and support organization.
