Preparation of contracts for the defined scope of work and guidelines.

Control and compile documents pertaining to contracts and sub contracts.

Undertake full audit of all quantity aspects of bid documentation.

Coordinate with scheduling to assure that quantities are correctly allocated to activities.

Take off quantities for all civil works from drawings and site measurements of contractor works.

To prepare the bill of quantities, quotations and tender documents for bidding purpose.

Supervising in preparation of as-built drawings ( Architectural & Structure)

Preparation of payment certificate according to contract conditions.

Performing work and Maintaining Documents Records as per ISO Standard Procedures
