Designed an automated Dehydrator column vent system to replace a manual K.O drum operation.

NH3 Truck loading emergency de-inventory evaluation applying the use pump curves and fluid pressure drop calculations to determine expected system performance.

Conducted Successful pump troubleshooting and resizing to eliminate 2-hour downtime.

Nitrogen conservation; Identified leakages and clogging on Nitrogen regulators and Vents and had them fixed for Utility conservation.

Performed distillation columns monthly measurements and energy balance on condensers to determine fouling.

Collaborated with Senior CADD designer to design a one-inch caustic line to neutralizer recirculation pump for faster pH control.

Performed Material balance on Methanol refining train (Crude tank, Dehy, splitter, stripper and, refiner columns) to properly increase the alcohol concentration in the tank for a smooth refining train startup following a turnaround.

Senior Design Project

Designed an ethylene plant that produces 1.5 million tons of ethylene through the steam pyrolysis of ethane/propane feed mixture using Aspen plus v8.8 to generate an expected annual revenue of $1.49 billion
