Designed an automated Dehydrator column vent system to replace a manual K.O drum operation.

Conducted Successful pump troubleshooting and resizing to eliminate 2-hour downtime.

Nitrogen conservation; Identified leakages and clogging on Nitrogen regulators and Vents and had them fixed for Utility conservation.

Designed an ethylene plant that produces 1.5 million tons of ethylene through the steam pyrolysis of ethane/propane feed mixture using Aspen plus v8.8 to generate an expected annual revenue of $1.49 billion
