SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I am currently seeking an opportunity as Project Controls, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or related position.

I have about 10 years of diversified professional experience, having worked in different engineering areas such as project controls, project engineer, cost analysis, risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulation, project management, structural engineering, pipeline design, benchmarking, and data & quantitative analysis (including Excel).

I have completed more than half of the credits required to receive a Certificate in Accounting at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). I intend to complete the program in December 2016.

In addition, I am a Civil Engineer with Master degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management as well as MBA. I am also an Engineer-in-Training by Texas Board of Professional Engineers since March 2013.

I have Training in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from The University of Texas at Austin

I plan on pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) certification if required.

EXPERIENCE

2012 – Present

Senior Project Engineer, INTECSEA, Houston, TX

Work as marine pipeline engineer performing several analysis and calculation.

Develop technical reports, subsea specifications, subsea equipment datasheet, material take off list, and spare list.

Work as Package Lead for the Coating Scope by managing scope, invoices, changes orders, schedule, weekly report, etc.

Assist pipeline lead to manage the pipeline scope of work.

Assist Project Manager with weekly reports and project progress, as well as in developing the proposals by reviewing scope of work and assigning man-power per cost-time-resource (CTR) and deliverable schedule.

2010 – 2012

Graduate Research Assistant, The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX

Researched the potential Value Extraction from TxDOT’s Right of Way and Other Property Assets (e.g., solar panels, wind turbines, geothermal energy, biomass, advertising, wildlife crossing structures, airspace leasing programs, and property management programs).

Researched and discuss the technologies and procedures used in other areas and industries and assess their potential applicability in the construction industry.

Assisted CII Benchmarking Lab team for Upstream Oil and Gas in testing the benchmarking system, preparing presentations, reviewing metrics and their formula, and preparing the system manual and user guide.

2007 – 2010
