Purchase Clearer
Main focus was to clear all suspense’s from the Investors on the loans that we had closed with the Investors the loans were sold to in a timely fashion. The main programs utilized were Encompass, XDoc, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and different Investor Website Platforms to perform my job duties.
Key Accomplishments:
Recognized as the top Producing Purchase Clearer for Supreme Lending for numerous months.
Worked Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Texas Cash Out and Bond Loans to be cleared with the Investors for Purchase off the Warehouse Line Bank.
Cross Trained to Ship Loans to the investor’s for review.
Crossed Trained to help the Shipping Department file loan files shipped to the Investor’s and purge the files once the loans were purchased by the Investor.

Closing Coordinator
Main focus was on refinances. The loan was sent to the underwriter after loan set up and after I reviewed the loan file and figured the income. Cleared up any liens on the Title Commitment working with the title company and the borrower. Collected the necessary documents from the borrower to close the loan quickly. Once final loan approval was obtained I then drew the closing documents to be sent to the title company. Once the loan had the closing documents drawn I then coordinated with the borrower and the title company for a time for closing.
