Employee Self-Service (ESSV3) is intended to help the user to keep track of the salary details such as Pay slip, Tax slip and Reimbursement slip details along with Investment declaration, Investment proof declaration, claims, LMS and Flexi submission.

The pay roll processing team (Account Manager) gets the inputs from the client, process the pay roll and uploads the tax, reimbursement and pay roll details month on month basis on specific cut-off period based on the Client’s salary payment dates.

Pay slip, Tax slip, Reimbursement slip data is calculated appropriately by process team using C-Pay system and uploaded to ESS.

Declaration module allows an employee to declare the Investment Proof details. After that portal will avail the investment proof submission form in the end of finance year. After submitting the proof details the Auditor will validate those proofs and confirm the Taxable Amount.

Claim module allows an employee to claim their reimbursement amount. This module provides the following options: Submit Claim, Claims Awaiting Approval and Approved Claims.

LMS is a module in ESS. The functionality is Applying/Cancelling a leave by employee, Approval / Rejection of the leave by manager.
