Business Process Manager North America June 2016 – Present

The Business Process Manager (BPM work closely with Wrist’s Chief Operating

Officer to maximize efficiency through data analysis.

BPM drives the transformation and be a change agent together with the senior management to become LEAN and data based in decision-making. BPM will work closely with the Wrist North America steering committee and the Global Process Management team.

The BPM will be deployed in the various functions across the business in North America and through cross functional teams improve the efficiency and eliminate waste through DMAIC improvement cycles and application of other relevant LEAN tools.

BPM will set the agenda, together with the Senior Management team, on project prioritization and be involved from project selection to project performance management follow up.

The BPM will be involved in Business Process Management for the Wrist Support Service Centers in Malaysia and the Philippines as well as current and new branches throughout North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Problem shooter and change agent together with CEO to change the culture to become LEAN and data based in decision making.

Be a change agent in getting Wrist North America to become data driven in its decision making. Develop operational Visual Dashboards to drive performance.

Getting LEAN implemented in Key functions such as Purchasing, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Finance and Shared Service Center.

Lead problem solving processes such as Kaizen and other LEAN initiatives to improve efficiency and quality of output.

Establish relevant controls, matrices and develop Visual Dashboards and performance measurement reports to drive our Must Win Battles in key functions.

Creating and maintaining the SOP documents for Auto PO and providing rollout sessions to the leadership and the broader team wherever required.
