Engineering Manager
Engineering Manager in design and manufacturing positions of electro-mechanical products. A full-blown resume showing what/where/when engineering experience can be furnished.
My resume does not mention that I was an Electronics Tech in the Marine Corps, and that I worked as a Lead Electronics Tech/Trouble Shooter in a Test & Calibration Lab as a means to get through school. I did a lot of circuit board assembly work and troubleshooting of circuit board assemblies with a scope, volt-ohm meter, signal generators, etc. I have excellent skills for soldering/de-soldering surface mount and through-hole components, cable connector pins, cable assemblies, etc., plus I have good mechanical dexterity when it comes to operating basic shop equipment and portable power tools. Some of that experience fell off the end of my resume, but was always handy even as an Engineering Manager, as I was practically always directly involved in testing, trouble shooting/repairing electronics during product development, proto builds, quality test, pilot and full-on production.
