Many business segments in the Organization interact with COSMOS, which accepts Claims/Enrolment data and sends back pricing information for accurate Claim payment. This makes it a critical factor for application to be successful.

Lead the Team of five QAs for complete STLC in release based SPRFs.

Status Reporting through Weekly Status Reports and calls.

Performed SME role in major module of Claims processing which involved SOX, CMS, ICD 10, HIPAA, Medicare EOB compliance.

Processed EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files for 837P and 837I Claims.
