Saved millions of dollars annually by implementing an RMA process reconditioning returns verses simple replacement, expanding a 2 workstation area into a 40 work station area.

Supervised 12 employees, responsible for outside vendor lot testing of current products and RMA shipments, along with providing more efficient written test procedures.
