JOB EXPERIENCE

Product Services Manager 2005-2016

Arjobex America

Responsible for all North American Marketing activities for division of ArjoWiggins Security. This includes production of all printed collateral, establishment of social media sites, and the creation of the Arjobex Security brand.

Supervise and manage all Trade Show activities and also various Global Meetings.

Responsible for Sales Forecasting and budgeting and providing necessary support to field Sales Managers to ensure budget targets are exceeded.

Responsible for managing all Sales and Marketing fixed costs which were typically in excess of $2,000,000.

Supervisor to Customer Service department and have accrued extensive relations with major printers and paper merchants in North America.

Supervise Print Technologist position and oversee print testing in the field for new or modified products plus direct involvement with any issues experienced by end user printers.

Directly responsible for establishing and managing VOMI programs for major label producers both domestically and overseas. Created the actual Supplier Agreements and supervised all logistics involved.

Instituted a Freight Reduction initiative that saved the Company in excess of $300,000 annually.

Provide both marketing and print technology support to European division as needed.

Oversaw expansion of staff from four to eight persons in less than one year for a plant with sales in excess of 30 million dollars.
