Opened, staffed, operated and managed a new division office for G & P, Inc., with no existing workload on hand. First year projections were $2 million new work and 0% profit due to purchase of office furniture, supplies, small tools, equipment and vehicles. Actual first year figures were $5 million new work under contract, $4 million work completed, and 8% net profit.

Project Manager for site work construction of numerous large box Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart, etc. sites. Managed design and construction of various single family subdivisions, condominium and townhouse sites and golf course/subdivision resorts.

Managed the site work of numerous retail shopping centers, malls, school sites, road construction, wastewater treatment sites, and various utility projects.

Negotiated construction contract and mining contract for open pit heap leach gold mine. Mining contract guaranteed 10-20% net profit. Project Manager for the construction contract of the gold mine. Construction project grossed 25% profit.

Instrumental in the development of a rock quarry in Southern Alabama where there is supposedly no rock. Operated 400 acre quarry with little or no competition serving Southern Alabama and Northern Florida.

Negotiated and re-negotiated numerous coal leases between individual property owners and the mining company.

Redesigned and developed a more efficient and functional set of regulations to better administer inspection services and zoning regulations for the city.
