ORGANISATIONAL DETAILS

Worked as Operations Executive in First Flight Couriers Ltd, From October-1999 till 2012 July, and handling the Operations activities of the Hub and Airload cargo uplifting activities to All India from BIAL.

Worked as operations Executive in Concorde Air Logistics from Dec 2012 to 2015.

Major Responsibilities – Being the Head of Operations Function, controlling the activities including

At BIAL, connecting the entire airloads which is coming from Tamilnadu towards Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Pune, Ahmedabad.

Connecting the loads thru flights on time, and sending the prealert reports to the destination Hubs over mails.

Checking with the co-loaders for upliftment confirmations.

Periodical check up with counterparts if any short receipt or any disputes thru counter alerts.

Sending reports to the origin hubs regarding the upliftment and load receipt details.

Responsibilities at Bangalore Hub.

Monitoring Direct Deliveries from Hub to entire Bangalore.

Average 8 Tons of loads coming from Tamilnad thru surface mode to Bangalore hub for delivery which includes both Courier and Cargo.

There will be separate packing for parcels and the documents from the origin hub.

Receiving the loads at Hub and Tallying it and send it to the segregation department.

There it will get segregated according to Branch wise and will send to the branches on time for delivery.

Monitoring the branches for effective deliveries.

Sending the prealerts to all respective branches and checking the counteralerts regularly to avoid the error.

Regarding the parcels which is above 5Kgs, we have unique department which is operating from Hub to cover entire Bangalore.

Here we have 11 Routes covering Bangalore, and the parcels are being shorted out according to route wise.

For each route one separate vehicle will be there and the parcels sent for delivery along with a reputed staff.

Having the check for COD, To-pay shipments and instruct the staff accordingly for collecting cheque or

Cash.

The pending percentage should be below 10%, and work in accordance with it thru our delivery staffs.

Cargo Hub Operations.

At Cargo hub, an average load of 10 to 12 Tons per day for Bangalore delivery.

We will deliver cargo shipments directly from Hub only.

Shipments will get tallied and arranged to route wise and send for delivery.

Reports will sent to the origin Branches and Hubs regarding load receipt confirmations.

And handling the checkpost issues at Attibele commercial Tax checkpost.

Overall Functional responsibilities

By streamlining the entire schedules & given the better connectivity & linehauls across Tamilnadu by Van .

Is the key instrumental for having introduced the linehaul from Salem to Bangalore by working with efficient costing and enhanced 24hours delivery schedule to Bangalore.

Responsible for Key roles like Pick-up and deliveries.
