Production,planning and achieving targeted production with safe and smooth process,safety through DCS CENTIUM 3000 YOKOGAWA.

Handling Chlorine compressor, Hydrogen compressor (Buckhardt), Liquification, Backwared Feed,Evaporator (alfa laval),HCL furnace &.chlorine Bullet.electrolizer. &utility like cooling tower& VAM chiller.Cl2 Vapourizer.Freon compressor.process air,plant air, instrument air.

Handling manpower and co-ordinating with maintenance,instruments,electrical dept.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

PLANT : (DI-ACETONE ALCOHOL ) (35TPD) continuous process

Handle Distillation column and CSTR reactors, Heat exchanger, with a plant capacity is about 30 MT per day with a purity of 99.9 percent Daily, time to time reporting to chief Production/General manager.

Production planning and control.

Troubleshooting of plant.

Achieving production target.

Process improvement, yield improvement.

All process parameters checklist preparing time to time.

Crosschecking of all operation logbook, monitoring & analysis of data.

Calculation of WIP yield, preparation of downtime analysis reports.

Maintaining and preparation of ISO documents (ISO 9001-2000).

I took part in commissioning and modification inside plant.

Handling and supervising plant operation.

Nature of Job:

Overall responsibility of units in shift hours.

Control of process parameters and product quality (Control room operation) including plant shut down and start up activities.

Logging of process parameters, regular changeover of equipments.

Preparation of PTW and clearance to mechanical, electrical or instrument department for break down/ preventive maintenance work of equipments, vessels, pipelines etc

Maintain Abnormality Register.

Prepared Shut Down jobs list and control activities accordingly, start up of units/plants.
