Designed and implemented an integration of cloud based PLM system with SAP system. Arena, PLM application generates XML file which is transmitted on demand is transformed and Materials, BOMs, Change Number(ECO), Revision, Manufactuered Part Number and Approved Part Numbers are created or updated in ECC thru this interface. Interface is designed in such away any error ouccrs due to unforeseen scenarios it would be easy to isolate them and work on a quick resolution.

Designed and implemented a workflow solutions to monitor the progess of Leak survey that is undertaken periodically to ensure the safety of people and the assets. This interface is desigend to show all the notification and its orders collectively on a dashboard and the surveys and asset strageists will update this dashboard the progress on their survey and their finding for any re-work. This one stop tool is monitor and initate future survey.

Invloved in numerous enhancements to programs specific a nuclear plant.

Tuned various programs that are very vital for functioning of nuclear plant that takes long time to get the output. With this tuning parallel processing solution now the users are amazed to see the results quickly.

Inbound Proxy Interface developed to create Firm Planned Orders and Stock Transfer orders from input file of Legacy System (KINAXIS) synchronous. WebServices call is initiated from Kinaxis with data in generated WSDL format to PI which inturn triggeres an event in APO system for further processing.

Numerous Synchronous interfaces were developed to extract master and transactional data from APO to Kinaxis via proxy on demand.

Sales Office Upload: Created an interface to update the sales office transaction into a custom created table. This table is used in LIS reports.

Stock Overview Report: Created a report, which will display unrestricted stock, Stock in Quality inspection and blocked stock by warehouse, customer, vendor and plant.

Stocks by Classification: Created a report which will display stock by classification. (Binno, PcdCd, Datecd). This is an interactive report. Stocks can be viewed by Binno, or PCDcd or DateCD. This selection can be made dynamically at runtime.

Part Cost Comparison: Created a report which will display standard cost, Last PO price, Future Cost, Standard Cost vs Future cost, Standard cost vs Last PO cost, Future cost vs Last PO price.

Vendor Module History: Created a report which displays the details of transactions of vendors and materials. Details of materials delivered by each vendor, amount invoiced by vendor and the payment made to the vendor.

Outside Receipt processing: Created a report which displays consumption of the components for a given period.

Dialog Programming

Developed a conversion utility which will accept parameters like presentation server or application server, Input file name, BDC or Call transaction, mode, error report name, load status report etc., This utility was used for all the conversions developed.

Physical Inventory Document: Developed a layout set and print program from the scratch.

Created a menuexit for adding a menu option ‘HEA Phy Inventory’ to the standard SAP menubar.

FieldExit

Created a field exit for plant in Physical Inventory Document create. For some plants this transaction should not be allowed to create a PI document. For this reason a field exit was created.
