Inglett & Stubbs Senior Project Manager November 2006 Present

- Secured 83% of new projects from return customers through a 97% on time milestone completion percentage while maintaining over 12% gross profit margin across tenure

- Led the design build team of a $60M new data center install in Miami, working with local jurisdiction to rezone and approve design. Construction included emergency power & UPS, telecom & IDF installation, coordination with local utilities, fire protection, and data floor CAHU systems.

- Estimated, maintained schedule, and managed construction of new hospital addition in Fayetteville, GA, including electrical, information technology, and telecommunications systems
