Program Manager- Manage 26 project managers and solutions architects as part of a major Data Center Modernization program encompassing over 5,000 servers at 7 data centers.

oEstablished and lead the Account PMO, performing oversight and weekly review of ongoing DCM projects

oDesigned and implemented a manufacturing QA system in order to reduce the amount of waste and scrap in the cable manufacturing process, savings of $2.5 million over the first 2 years

oSuccessfully rolled out the new system and conducted training in the US and Mexico

SAP Program Manager- Managed 14 Analysts and programmers in successfully completing two “First-Wave” implementations of SAP Financials for DuPont Corporation (Over $5 million in revenues)

oDefined Technical Objects and coordinated with configurators to complete the configuration
