Develop and maintain an assortment of custom software to support The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (Lifeline) is a network of over 160 crisis centers nationwide linked through one toll free number 800-273-TALK which answers over 1 million calls per year.
Using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, WPF, and MS SQL Server, design, develop and maintain all technology needed to support the Lifeline.
Designed and developed custom software for a project funded by American Red Cross to provide a mental health benefit to people affected by Hurricane Katrina. This project also included integration to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Crystal Reports, and used Click Once technology for distribution.
Provide support to 10 IT professionals that provide other aspects of IT infrastructure including Web Development, Reporting and Analytics, and System Administration.
