Reports detailing work performed and charges to customer were submitted daily through salesforce. My main duty at this company was to convert cars and trucks into emergency vehicles. I installed sirens, light bars, push bumpers, etc.. I also helped to train new Installers. Shortly after starting with this company I was assigned to a dedicated project which spanned 5 months. My task was to convert Ford Excursions into Houston Fire Department captain’s vehicles and to supervise less experienced installers who assisted me with the project. Other projects included a remote start alarm I installed into HPD Police Chief Hurt's city issued Expedition and two canine unit conversions for Harris County's "Animal Police".

I was responsible for supervising and training three installers who had very little experience. Within two months my shop was consistently one of the top three performing install bays in the company. My job duties consisted of tracking the shops labor performance, ordering and inventory of shop supplies, keeping customer lobby neat and shop well organized, maintaining the sound and video displays within the store and assisting with sales. I also did weekly "comp shops" of neighboring stores installation and product pricing.

This experience helped me tremendously when I became a supervisor at Fry's.
