Food Service, U.S.G.P - San Antonio, TX - February 2015 to Present Assembles, covers, and labels cold food items such as sandwiches, salads, pastries, desserts, drinks (such as tea or lemonade), and fruit according to the daily preparation schedule, task list, or foodservice production schedule.

*Assists with set up/stock serving areas and self-service areas with paper goods, cups, silverware, napkins, condiments, take-out bags, and other designated customer items.

*Serves cooked menu items and cold bulk food items with proper size utensils, according to the serving size indicated by the production sheet and/or immediate supervisor.

*Restocks bulk beverage dispensers, bottled drink refrigerated displays.

*Replenishes all cold and hot food items, individual self-service food items, packaged commercial foods and snacks.

*Retrieves cooked foods from the main kitchen and transport to the Grab n' Go or other serving area for restocking, refilling service areas, as indicated by food production schedule, usage in service area and/or supervisors direction. Transport of food items requires pushing a heavy, covered, wheeled cart from the main kitchen area to remote feeding sites at a nearby building.

*Provides Grab n' Go/ Kiosk service and on premise foodservice/ catering support, as required.

*Maintains high levels of sanitation in the work area; cleans and sanitizes work areas, service areas, and food preparations area with proper cleaning solutions.

*Washes pots and pans, cooking equipment, trays, serving utensils, catering, and other foodservice items; utilizes a 3-sink compartment dish cleaning system and other mechanical dishwashing systems.

*Cleans and sanitizes dishwashing area counters, mops floors, washes service and transports carts according to the regular cleaning schedule.
