Regional manager responsible for inbound, outbound, and last mile transportation operations and program management for 12 current sort centers as well as facility startup operations for new sort center operations. Manage 12 direct report managers spread across 12 sites in the eastern U.S. region. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and execution of new initiatives, cost management, supply chain optimization, team leadership, and network standardization.

Manage vendor contractual agreements, implement partner vendor ramp plans, manage day-to-day logistics processes, and standardize all logistics work flow processes across all sort centers. Conduct site setup, team training, vendor onboarding, and system setup for new sort center launches.

Created a sort center road to launch checklist for all new sort center startups, created a carrier playbook for all new sort center carriers supporting new startups, and created training playbooks for both exempt and non-exempt associates in preparation for new site launches.
