● Overseen 10 commercial properties which included 2 strip malls and 8 office buildings. Checked all properties twice weekly making sure that all common areas that Cronheim Management was Replaced light bulbs, repaired all plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning sinks and replacing sinks faucets, and toilet bowls and urinal and toilet flushometers.

● Checked all property roofing where I had available access too, cleaned roof drains and used air blower to clean off roof of all debris.

● Maintained a relationship with contractor’s, ‘Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Landscapers, Snow Removal, Locksmiths, Roofers and Window contractors, when needed to provide quick service to all our tenants.

● I was also involved in two major projects, a warehouse full renovation and two small office renovations which included me making sure all contractors work completed based on blueprints unless change orders were a factor.

● Provided monthly reports on all properties as required by management, also provided weekly timesheets with recommendations and emails to my immediate supervisor making sure all bases were covered.

● Directed and supervised a staff of 140 full and part time employees at 15 locations in Wayne, NJ. Provided support and services for over 1.7 million sq. /ft. of schools, offices, support, and other facilities.

● Maintained over 300 acres of property which includes streets and parking lots, athletic fields, support facilities, tennis courts, two football/ track & field stadiums, baseball, soccer and other fields, playgrounds as well as parks, woodlands and green spaces.

● Assisted the Director of Facilities on planning for capital projects, construction, renovations and special projects.

● Directed and supervised the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, security, and cleanliness of 15 schools and other facilities owned, operated and leased by the board of education.

● Directed and supervised the work of custodial, maintenance and grounds keeping operations and licensed trades and contractors performing maintenance and construction activities.

● Managed the district-wide automated work order management system (Schooldude) for all maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping operations for facilities support and services.
