Project Description: Construction of new affordable housing project in 15 acres named “Garden City” which comprise of three types of apartments, Commercial building, auditorium etc. This project consists of 1356 flats of 1BHK, 2BHK&2BHK (Deluxe) Types of flats with parking in the stilt.

Job Role: Coordinating between design, Planning team, and contractor team in execution for the construction of 1356 units of housing flats (area 10000 Sft).

Expedite the work to complete within the schedule. Quality Documentation. Explore the scope of work, certifications of contractor’s RA Bills, material. Ensuring the drawings and BOQ is as per the requirement and meets the project cost etc. Preparation and closing Area requiring closures of contractors, design team and clients for a smooth process of work.

Following Standard operating procedures & formats for all the tasks and documenting the same.
