PROCESS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT CHANGE NOTIFICATION

Working with SAP to process and distribute Product change notification received from All Suppliers/Manufacturer’s/Distributor’s to Flex Manufacturing sites& customers.

Ensure that all the product related changes notification changes are processed based on LTB,LTS and Effective date.

Responsible for maintaining all PCN’s in centralized database and to avoid redundant change of Notifications to customers.

Working closely with Manufacturers and customers to identify affected material and ensure to manage risk involved in it to resolve business needs.

MPDM (Manufacturing Product Data Management)

Getting input from design team and Create Product family and assign Product & Part number in Agile (PLM).

Setup the Part number and BOM structure, Approved Manufacture List.

Creating and Handling the ECO (Engineering Change Order) for every NPI Product.

Creating and Handling MCO (Manufacturing Change Order), Deviation for current products.

Create the new BOM by using Agile (PLM) and released the changes in BAAN (PLM).

Managing the procurement data and BOM (Bill Of Material) of the product in the ERP BAAN.

PCM (PARTS CATALOG MANAGEMENT)

Knowledge in Electronic components basic function, different packages and parameters.

Knowledge on semi-conductor technologies.

Environmental Compliance Management

Working with Wind chill Product Analytics 10.1 version to maintain the EHS data for each Product.

Ensure all existing and new internal part numbers and descriptions are correct.

Monitoring the changes in the ROHS and REACH standards and updating the data by contacting the suppliers.

Responsible for collecting and maintaining the ROHS and REACH documents

Project Management - Taking the ownership of the projects from various regions all over the world.

Reviewing and approving of Supplier data submissions in IMDS through basic quality check criteria’s like proper classification of materials, correct composition of basic substances and also check for prohibited substances.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.

Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred. Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.

Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
