Project Description
Customer Interaction Management (CIM) was aimed at delivering a highly integrated Customer Interaction Program by building a common systems infrastructure that will Facilitate a consistent and coordinated approach to customer interactions across channels, Enhance data analytics to drive more effective focused sales efforts and Gather and share back key information across channels. The application focuses on improving the overall customer experience, enable cross channel referrals and allow agendas to be managed more efficiently. CIM ensures a “One Bank” experience and more sophisticated sales targeting.
FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) is an US initiation under the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act . The application mainly requires individuals to report their financial accounts held overseas and foreign financial institutions to report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) about their American clients. FATCA was designed primarily to combat offshore tax evasion and recoup federal tax revenues. The challenge was to exhaustively and coherently test the entire functionality of the application, while carrying forward knowledge of known problems and associated fixes to further levels of testing and coordinating with other dependent Projects.
