Experience. 1. As a compressor prep. for all type of compressor including copeland, carier, train,screw type, dona bush, danfoss scrolls and many others. Fixed terminal in motor lead with proper soldering and testing in computer. Prepare all the parts of compressor (piston assembled with rod, proper sized compressor ring and oil ring, check valve,crank shaft,valve plate, gasket,oil pump,trust washer,filter, flugs, sight glass, fixing bearings etc) and paper work.

Experience:-2 . Worked in Vesuvius refractories of Canada.9245 Code de Lisse, Dorval Montreal as a sales representative and demonstrator of refractory materials. (July 2002 to July 2005)

Main job function:-Visit Company’s assigned new and existent customer routinely and introduced new product according to the specification and company’s guide lines. Demonstration and installation at refractory brick linings and gunning, spraying, casting and using of all other monolithic materials besides that find out the quality or working error of product and give proper and practical information to the assigned authority to upgrading and developing superior grade of refractories for ensure optimum performance of product.

Experience: - 3. Worked as sales representative of D.R.L (Dhaka refractory ltd) main agent of Didier, Veitscher (a France base refractory Co) and “krosaki” (A Japan base refractory Co) in Bangladesh

Main job function: - Developed and sold account program and layouts 30 new industries in almost all over the country.

Increasing yearly revenues by over $50,000 per year.

Reestablished/strengthened customer relationships and improve customer service.

Served as a key member in the sales team to resource and creating new strategies to develop and increase the business field.

Experience:- 4 Qatar steel co. of Qatar (a joint venture steel plant of kobe steel of “Japan” Demag of “Germany” and “Qatar). As a Supervisor (promoted) of refractory section

Main job function:-

•Ultra high power electric arc furnace refractory lining and E.B.T tap whole fixing.

•Ladle furnace, furnace roof lining and stamping.

•Casting ladle relining and repairing, fixing of top well block, bottom well block, ladle nozzle, collector nozzle, collector nozzle and slide plate.

•Blast furnace and reformer of DR. Plant refractory lining and repairing.

•Tundish wall casting by high alumina castable and gunning material spread over it to make working layer

•Refractory bricks installation, remove damaged refractories.

•Reheating furnace, walking beam reheating furnace, convertor, ladle mixture (torpedo) boiler, cupolas, chimney, flue pass hot gas pipe line and many other refractory works.

•Having vast experience of all types of monolithic (castable works) insulating castable, fire clay castable, high alumina castable plastic castable, and other many basic refractories.

Experience: 4-

Worked as a foreman of Chittagong steel mills ltd. Bangladesh (a joint venture company of Kobe steel ‘Japan and Bangladesh.

Apprenticeship course:-

Successfully completed two years trade apprenticeship course in “refractory” and steel making. in Chittagong steel mills technical training institute in Bangladesh. During apprenticeship period I have met practical industrial training in various hot metal industries furnaces like electric arc furnace, reheating furnaces, blast furnaces of steel plant. Copper convertor, reverberatory anode furnace of aluminum, melting holding furnace for aluminum and many others, like as hydro carbon process industries (Carbon black reactor), Sulfur incinerator boilers, transformer of gas plant etc.

Extracurricular activities:-
