Also, responsible for resolving all end-user issues in a large shopfloor environment including but not limited to password resets, application updates, internet connectivity, printing, file sharing, etc. Responsible for document management and recovery while using various software packages (M-Files, LogicalDoc, Laserfiche, etc.).
Hardware: IBM PCs (and compatibles), and hardware necessary to service, maintain, and operate these machines. Experienced with scanners, printers, network cards, SCSI devices, and POS workstations and printers.
