Severn Trent Services (acquired by De Nora Water Technologies), Colmar, PA 2013 to Present

IT Manager/Business Systems Manager

Leverage strong IT leadership, effective support, and project management oversight to serve in a director role reporting to the CFO of De Nora; additional responsibilities include stepping in to take over CIO leadership role to complete merger’s integration of two separate business technologies into one cohesive IT infrastructure. Manage $4.2MM budget including development and oversight of expenditures and offshore service desk.

Oversee IT operations and support for 450 personnel with IT presence in eight countries including UK, Italy, Spain, UAE, China, Singapore, Japan, and the U.S.

During M&A process, represented IT operations in strategic acquisition negotiations, developed TSAs, and collaborated with PwC to record/document key IT interfaces, processes and procedures including workflow, staff, and integration standardization.

Continue to lead post-acquisition IT initiatives that separate Severn Trent Services domain from De Nora Water Technologies while driving IT integration deliverables including data center separation and relocation.

Success in deployment of first corporate mobile applications that integrate with existing systems providing field service workers greater efficiency tools.

Project/Staff Leadership

-Global deployment of Concur Expense, a SaaS product to users in the UK, foreign workers in Europe, and the U.S. for British and English versions.

-Oversight of three additional global software deployments including Salesforce, ProjectWise, and Daptiv PLM; development and delivery of project scope, oversight, and post-implementation support.

-Direct all aspects of separation and integration between the two merging companies including full infrastructure, applications, hardware, software and licensing, networking, and Oracle data center move.

-Direct a multi-disciplinary team of remote and onsite personnel with current oversight of remote help desk team located in India.

-Reduce IT burden and costs by outsourcing customer billing functions to 3rd party vendor.
