Description: TD BC is a Brand Management and Content Management System tool that is used for creating, publishing and ordering brands approved by BAM (Brand Approval Manager). Content/Super/User Administrators are the primary user roles in this tool. This tool helps users to build their Brands and publish across TD portal. Data is stored on azure cloud which is maintained by TD bank. Email notifications are triggered based on different work flows defined in the system. Analytics are maintained for some of the major screens to generate reports. Marketing Express is one of the major module which allows administrators to build, customize variety of marketing materials such as invitations, brochures, posters, advertisements, factsheets and more. Workflows within the system can be configured and maintained by admin users. Email notifications and alerts are designed based on user credentials. Kit management provides ease for few admin users to quickly upload batches of information to create templates and assets.

Auditors, Supervisors and Administrator are the primary user roles in this tool. This tool helps users to build their articles that can be posted on lawyer’s web sites. Data will be transmitted from local server to central server using WCF services. Data can be published in 2 different versions (Active, Draft). Data cleanup will be done for both version of articles based on certain rules driven by users. Alert mechanism is in place to handle multiple changes to same document by different users. Archive and historical maintenance of articles play key role for auditing and generating reports.

Ability to generate batch quotes and reports are the key features for this application. Various user roles like Underwriter, Agent can be configured by Admin based on user’s profile. System functionality varies based on the role each user is configured. Quoter application synchronously pulls policy information from AgWorks into Quoter.
