Functioned as a Quality Testing Engineer of High Voltage SF6 Circuit Breaker & Drives.

Planning, coordinating and carrying out the testing activities.

Responsible for carrying out following testing:

-All routine tests on High voltage SF6 circuit breaker (SF6 Circuit Breaker Ranges from 72.5kV, 145kV, 245kV (EGO & MGO), 420kV and 550kV

-Carried out routine tests such as operations, opening and closing timings of the breaker

-High Voltage Test

-2kV Test i.e. Insulation Level Test on control panel wirings

-SF6 Gas Leakage Test on Circuit Breaker

-Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM) test and Dynamic Contact Resistance Measurement (DCRM) test on circuit breaker.

Good exposure over activities of cross functional department like Production,, Maintenance Operations, Production Management, Purchase, Product Development, Sales & Marketing Departments

Responsible for analyzing and suggesting on new technologies for new products, in area of designing processes & formulations for manufacturing products & establishing process parameters

Member of inspection & testing activities and responsible for resolving procedural problems as appropriate to the timely completion of objectives

Appraising the prevalent systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.

Description: The project was based on Electropneumatics & its application.The objective of the project is processing & transportation of small & medium sized bearing on the assembly line with higher accuracy, huge productivity rate & precision time by means of electropneumatics application.
