Involved in all aspects of the plant processing – Process Flow and P&ID Diagrams, Change Management, Installation, Operation and Performance Qualifications, and safety programs.
Upgraded existing systems throughout the plant including Clean-in-Place systems with modern PLC to simplify the Human Machine Interface.
Created a unique mathematical formula to accurately assess cooking time within heat exchangers delivering products to processing stations. Critical for job costing and production planning, it is now used to provide accurate estimates for customers.
