Job Profile

Reading hand over sheet from night shift employees and fixing the problems

Regular inspection on pump room and weekly inspection on diesel pump

Conducting the induction training for the new employee, contractor and plant visitor

Pre inspection on the contractor tools, ppe and equipment before starting their work and regular follow up on weekly basis

Identifying the hazards and risk on the contractor activity and conducting the necessary tool box meeting for the contractors

Preparing and updating the hazards on the existing HIRA sheet for the contractors/Plant employees by section and activity

Issuing the work permit for the contractors

Random inspection and monitoring the safe job performance of contractors and reporting it to top level management whenever it’s necessary

Implementing the safety penalty and bonus for the all employees

Immediate reporting on unsafe act and conditions and highlighting it on the weekly meeting

Providing the internal forklift license for the forklift operators
