Created a proprietary flexible functional PCB board tester that became the company standard in Compaq manufacturing facilities worldwide. Defined and administered diagnostic tests for high-volume manufacturing of reel-to-reel tape drives at Storage Technology Corporation. Authored and maintained test procedures for new products and automated systems test run-in.

Formed and supervised the sustaining engineering, quality, and engineering services teams.
