To inspect and approved all Incoming Raw Material by receiving Delivery Order Note and the test report from supplier to match the goods i.e. the date of manufacturing expired date lot number of the goods and to enter in log book . To do Technical compound report and fax to the Customer. To do the data entry and to prepare monthly and compliance report every month . ISO documentation, Amine Testing to check whether the aging of the chemical fit for production use . To do the Internal Quality Audit as per schedule and to prepare Internal Quality Audit Report.

Job Description and responsibilities are to lead/ supervise and monitor lab operators to ensure any Raw Material within the specification, to effectively carry out of incoming raw material inspection as per control plan. Approved to relevant plans and follow up if found any discrepancy arises. Issue SCAR form to the supplier if found any problematic. Follow up with procument dept to get feedback from supplier the reason of problematic arises, close case if received feedback from supplier. Carry out new Material testing as per physical properties specification standard, prepare new material testing report and get approval from QA HOD within the stipulated time frame for procurement dept to order the material from relevant source. Handling customer return issue Non conformity product form, evaluate and verify customer return/ completed within stipulated time frame. Prepare monthly incoming report to QA HOD for management review report. And last but not least perform any other duties as assigned by superior, follow up of project works assigned by QAM & provide report/feedback on project works. Reason for leaving : Low Salary

Expected Salary: RM 2,700 ~ RM3,200 (Negotiate)

Current Salary: RM2,515
