Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Processing and preparing accurate and timely daily financial transactions including bank reconciliation/transactions, general journal and posting

Charge of payroll cycle; preparation and finalizing daily/monthly payroll, monitoring, generation and validation, monthly material, employee provisions (as stated by store department)

Preparation of various detailed and complex financial reports including analysis and commentary

Finalizing financial statements; income statement, owner’s equity (O.E), statement of cash flow and balance sheet including issuing of financial reports to head of management in Athens/Greece

Prepare and finalize semi-annual/Monthly closing period

Monthly amortization for the capitalized expenditures and prepare bank position

Follow-up on all reports issued by plant machinery and vehicles (PMV) department and processing all related transactions

Reconciliation of monthly store/inventory reports with accounting records and making all necessary transactions

Monitor actual cost incurred comparing with the budget and analyzing the variation

Post and follow all project owned equipment (Fixed Asset) and make monthly depreciation

Prepare letter of credits (L.C) for foreign purchase orders, and record all related transaction and other back charges issued by the bank
