Attendance Monitoring System

Description:

This Project automates the attendance system of an organization which helps the time office person to keep track of employees. The project consists of mainly three modules which are as follows:

Attendance Process:

This module helps to mark attendance based on the punches of employees from biometric/proximity readers and by considering the shift schedule updated to them.

Attendance Ratification:

It helps to ratify the attendance of employees by marking leave, on duty, compensatory off, permissions, Manual Entry etc., based on the policies of particular organization.

Reports:

This provides various reports that are required by an organization from time to time. Some of them are Daily/Monthly Attendance reports, statutory reports, payroll input report and others.

Payroll system

This Project makes the payroll processing easy which helps the human resource to keep track of employee’s salary, bonus, settlement etc.,

The project consists of mainly three modules which are as follows:

Payroll Entries:

This consists of salary fixation, for individual employees, regular and non-regular deduction entries, loan availed, VPF entry and so on.

Payroll Process:

This module helps to process payroll for employees of an organization by considering the salary fixed to each and every individuals and their attendance.

Reports:

This provides various reports that are related to payroll by an organization. Some of them are pay slip, salary register, ESI and PF statement, bank statement, bonus report, arrears report and others.
