JOB PROFILE

Daily Monitoring of Quality status and reporting the same to Quality in charge.

Preparing the data for daily rejection both in process and final inspection.

Taking active participants in daily Quality meeting and presenting the status of quality in final inspection for last day.

Communicate the inspector for any quality issue and action plan decided to control the rejection level.

Coordinate with production Supervisor for first off inspection and line inspection along with Quality engineer.

Making PDI report as per customer requirement for each dispatch batch

Making Final Inspection report for both shift by collecting data from inspector related to defect contribution and any quality issue and reporting the same to quality incharge.

Ensuring safety practice followed during final inspection by inspector both in terms of product and operator safety.

To Achieve the Production target with Quality control.

To motivate the team members to give suggestions on Quality & to carry out Kaizen activities & 5S on shop floor.
