Project Description: P2P – Plus: “P2P (Person to person) Plus" is an Interac E-Transfer enhancement project. FI is enhancing its current Interac e-Transfer offering with new e-transfer EUF functionality to grow its Digital experience.

Project Description: Field Reporting Enhancement (FRE): Field Reporting tool is a Statistical system application for reporting the sales/collection/cancellations/renewals of Citi products. This system is used by Higher Management at Citi Financials. This project was enhancement in periodicity of stats collection from quarterly basis to monthly basis to enable more accurate and up to date financial forecasting. This also involved enhancement in report structuring and accessibility of report at branch/region level

Project Description: Insurance Cancellation Enhancement 2014 (ICE-2014): This project was for Citibank loan account holders who had insurance product (disability, Employment and Life Insurance) offered against their loan. As a part of the business requirement, Insurance Cancellation request was reduced from 6 months to 30 days. Insurance Cancellation requested after 30 days’ time frame was handled without reversal of already paid premium. This involved enhancements in the current system along with changes business workflows.
