Over the past ten years as a store manager and Starbucks partner I have been committed to hiring and recruiting engaging partners both to the company and within our ranks. I have actively participated in dozens of annually recurring recruiting and hiring fairs, as well as volunteer events that resulted in a myriad of candidates being recruited or promoted each year. Store Manager Starbucks Coffee Company 2007- Present Current Training Manager, previous TSM and MCM. Launched and trained partners on many company programs in stores, i.e. evenings. Recruited high quality Supervisors, Assistant Managers and RMT’s. Developed and trained multiple partners for further development and roles.
