1.Preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of CFBC & PFBC BOILER.

2.Provide strategic direction and guidance to the generating station’s maintenance team to facilitate maintenance in a safe, efficient and cost effective to the plant.

3.Cross-train the maintenance employees to handle diverse functions.

4.Maintenance of boiler pressure parts, Fans and Auxiliaries, rotating part are DCF, cyclone and bed ash screw conveyor also coal conveyor, maintenance of HVAC, compressor,maintenance of ESP, AHP and balance plant, Preventive /predictive breakdown maintenance.

5.Regularly check how the machines are working, so that possible problems can be detected in advance. Shift work handling.

6.Team work and man power handling near about 20 people in a shift.

7.Boiler light up activity work.

8.General maintenance and jamming condition shoot blower maintenance work.

9.Maintenance of gate valve, NRV valve and globe valve, HP dosing and LP dosing pumps.

10.Work on firefighting equipment like high velocity water spraying system for SAT, UAT transformer. Hydraulic operated gate system maintenance work.
