- Space planning, architectural documents and oversee construction for new and existing tenants
Maintenance
- Oversee a large in-house maintenance crew for over 1.7 million sq. ft. of office building
- Design and implementation of an in-house preventative maintenance program
Management
- Negotiate annual vendor contracts (Landscape, Janitorial, etc.)
