Extensive experience in oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical and power industries. Projects include refineries, oil and gas separation, gas injection, offshore oil terminal and power plants. Experience includes conceptual design, front end engineering and detailed design. Capabilities include preparing specifications for major control systems; selecting and specifying major control instruments; preparation of requisition and technical bid analysis; development of piping and instrument diagrams; loop and logic diagrams, man-hour estimate, schedule development and coordinated with other disciplines with vendors and contractors. MAJOR PROJECTS:

Hawkeye Compressor Station - HESS North Dakota Pipelines, LLC – New Compressor station to compress 50 MMSCFD Natural gas from 10 psig to 1250 psig. Facility include Responsibilty include supervision of personnel, man-hour estimate and preparing progress report. Responsible also include selecting and specifying major control instruments; including Control Valves, Quick closing valves, Ultrasonic Flow Meters, Coriolis Meters, Vortex Meters, Guided wave Radar Level Transmitters, Magnetostrictive Level transmitters, Flow computers etc., preparation of requisitions and technical bid analysis. Review of Vendor supplied drawings. Interface with Client and other disciplines.

SASOL Lake Charles Chemical Project – Lead Engineer for, EO/EG, unit as a part of SASOL Integrated Process management Team. Responsibilities include development and review of instrument and control specifications, review and approve Front End Engineering and Main Automation Contractor documents including instrument datasheets, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Narrative, package equipment including compressors and flare system, DCS, SIS, F&G definitions. Responsibilities also include coordination between Main FEED Contractor, Main Automation Contractor and License Contractors. Participation in PFD, P&ID, HAZOP and LOPA review meetings. Review and approve HAZOP and LOPA recommendations.

BP Gulf of Mexico (BPGOM) Offshore Facilities Program – Brown Field Engineering and Project Management Services – Leading Nakika and Horn Mountain Facilities I&C projects & modifications

(P&M). Responsibilities include preparation of man-hour estimations supervision of personnel, development of datasheets and requisitions of different instruments including Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Relief Valves, Transmitters, flow, temperature, pressure and level instruments. Review/approve Technical Bid Analysis and purchase orders. Updating Safety Analysis Flow Diagrams (SAFDs) and Cause & Effect Diagrams per API 14C specification requirements. Review and approval of vendor documents.

Chevron Nigeria Limited Gas Supply Expansion Project – Development of FEED Package for expansion of Escravos Gas Plant, new product storage and export facilities and utility additions to support EGP3 facilities. Responsibilities include preparation of datasheets for field instruments, including motor operated valves, relief valves, on-off valves, development of Cause and Effect Diagrams and performing Bid Analysis.

PETROBRAS Rio de Janeiro Petrochemical Complex, Brazil - Development of Basic Engineering and FEED package for Utilities, Offsite and Auxiliaries Units. Responsibilities include development of Piping and Instrument Diagrams, participate in Client P&ID and HAZOP review meetings, preparation of Instrumentation and Automation Guideline specification, Complex Loop Narratives, Instrument data sheets for field instruments.

NCP Petrochemical Complex- Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia- Development of FEED package for Ethylene, Metathesis, 1-Hexene, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Polystyrene Units. Responsibilities include preparation of Control Systems and Field Instrumentation Specifications, development of Control Narratives for complex loops and preparation for Control Systems Bid Packages.

Tengizchevroil Asset Development Project- Implemented Honeywell Experion PKS SCADA system for oil wells and gathering systems for Tengiz and Korolev fields in Kazakhastan. PCO Oil North Project-Parsons Iraq Joint Venture-GOSP and compressor - Providing Support to engineering team in Iraq for Gas Oil Separation and compressor stations projects. Responsibilities included sizing, specifying and purchasing field instruments including motor operated valves, control valves, relief valves, turbine meters gas detectors, pressure and temperature switches, solenoid valves, manual loading stations, pressure, temperature level and flow transmitters.

Chevron Phillips NCP Phase 2 Project - Development of project execution plan and + 30 % cost estimation for integrated facility including process units, utilities, waste treatment, pipelines and buildings. Process units included ethylene, HDPE, LDLPE, 1-Hexene, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc. Prepared cost estimation for DCS, SIS, machine monitoring and control system, fire alarm system, analyzers, fiber optic systems and remote instrument buildings. Developed control system estimate basis document. Developed block diagrams for major control systems.

GOSP (Abu-Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd.) Habshan-Ruwais Sulphur Pipeline Project- 110 Kilometer of Liquid Sulphur Pipeline from Habshan to Ruwaisin also including Pump Station, Launcher and receiver and Skin Effect temperature monitoring System across pipeline. Responsibilities included development of specifications for DCS, ESD, fire and gas systems, vibration monitoring systems, instrument design criteria and instrument installation design. Developed datasheets for control valves, motor operated valves, flow elements and transmitters. Developed hardwired and soft-points input/output list for DCS, ESD and Pipeline RTUs. Developed cause and effect Diagrams for ESD and fire and gas systems. Updated control room layout drawings and developed DCS, ESD, F&G and vibration monitoring system and marshalling cabinet drawing

Abqaiq Control System Modernization Project - Oil, Gas and Utilities units - replaced local control system with the Fisher Provox DCS system and Triconex ESD systems. Responsibilities included database generation for automated loop diagrams, development of ILD templates and loops verification. Responsibilities also included development of DCS block diagrams, implementation of DCS and ESD based control strategy on P&IDs, specification writing for field instruments, preparation of instrument installation schedule and hard wired I/O list.

Yukong Refinery Project – Reformer Unit. Responsibilities included preparing man-hour estimate, reviewing specifications and requisitions for field instruments and control systems,include control valves, relief valves, flow, pressure, temperature and level instruments, coordination with contractors, vendors and clients for instrumentation and control.
