Developed macros to automate the entire scorecard evaluation process and generate performance trend graphs using pivot tables comparing performance of different EMS Provider at each quarter.

Implemented improvements in the evaluation process with respect to time, money and accuracy which generated a total cost saving of around $21300 PA.

Worked cross-functionally with Cost & Asset Management team in analyzing the impact of EMS-ODM transition over the years and generated assembly spend trends.
