• Conducted key Thai customer project audit and developed a remediation plan averting potential litigation and convincing the customer to reverse its decision to withhold sign-off on $1.5M payment.

• Successfully salvaged and saved an out of control design flawed project that had gone to contract four weeks late with an overly aggressive project schedule for a major public utility facing a multimillion dollar government regulation noncompliance penalty.
