As a student at the Jefferson County JVS I had a total of two years of
training as a carpenter. During my time there I was OSHA ten hour trained and worked as a full time carpenter with Brian smith for the first year and a part time carpenter for Paul Brothers up to graduation. After graduating I was employed by LM Construction as a drywall finisher and was laid off three months later. I then enrolled in the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in there Jump Start program for heavy equipment operators and graduated.

Can operate heavy equipment well and was trained to dig footers, dig pipe safely, do trench work, grade with a variety of machines and was trained to preform proper every day maintenance, presider and safe operation. I can also use power tools safely and effectively. In addition i can also do a verity of carpentry and forestry related tasks.
