My role is to provide training for IFMIS(Integrated Financial Management Information Service) software training to govt employees related to treasuries work.

My role is to audit the voice recording of the agents and check whether they are following the script while talking to CMHELPLINE users.

My role is to audit the physical Customer Application Form and to refine the defects in the customer application form and submit it on the server.

From Jan 2011 to 31-05-2014 worked as a Operation Executive for TCS iON Bhopal.

TCS iON is conducting online examination at various cities. Before examination we have to go to the respective center to do the mock test to check the computers whether they are compatible for the examination if they are not I have to report this to the respective staff of that organization to make compatible before the examination.
