I have joined Thakkar Group of Companies as Production Engineer from December 2013 till date.

Here after the probation period I was promoted as the Plant Manager / Plant Head for Metcraft Engineering Pvt.Ltd.100% EOU.

Job Description in Metcraft Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is as follows.

1. Achieve production target on hourly basis.

2. Monitor the arrangement and cleaning of working place, equipment and tools in

3. Quality defects analysis related to Production, take counter measures for same on daily basis.

4. Maintain records related to Production.

5. Set up the line as per tact and distribution of work among the workers for better FTQ

* Reduction of losses (Rejection, HPV, Defects):

1. Monitor break down, material shortage, tool and equipment problems.

2. Analyzing the process performed by operator for reducing the process rejection by way of Campaigning about the suggestion scheme to get the better ideas for problem elimination

3. To ensure the proper line set up for eliminating the line losses

4. Continuous briefing to all operators.

5. To keep a keen watch on unsafe conditions.
