Job Responsibilities:
Doing work Testing & Commissioning of Current transformer, potential transformer, circuit breaker, HT< motor, Power transformer, all type of numerical relays, Induction relays, power cables, bus bars, earth value, lightening arrester.
Complete (PM) Preventative maintenance & (CM) Corrective Maintenance on equipment as required.
Doing the work under as per specifications and standard.
Responsible for material take-off, Monthly reports, electrical plan/drawings and Safety Procedures.
Testing and commissioning of electrical installations and equipment’s.
High voltage and Low voltage Electrical and Equipment installation.
Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary according to standard installation.
Daily monitoring the construction activities.
Responsible for the over-all implementation of quality control related electrical works
Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications per project requirements, standard and testing accordance with the procedures.
Monitor the underground installation, check the required burial depth and spacing
requirements to adjacent installations, prior to backfilling.
Testing of cable continuity test, meggaring test and HI-POT test.
Inspection of electrical equipment function test and illumination level testing of lighting system.
Verify all required inspection report and test records are systematically generated and
compiled according to the approved QC procedures.
Inspection of switch gear panel installation, cable termination and bus bar torque.
Witness for Pre-Commissioning of Motor Solo Run activities.
Provide sufficient feedback to supervisor on day to day quality issues.
To supervise and carry out effective implementation of work schedule to clear punch list.
Safety Consciousness
Handsome safety awareness against personal safety as well as plant related safety. Maintain very safe working environment through the international standards. Got the safety training on specific safety topics like firefighting, emergency first aid, confined spaces entry, acid handling, use of personal protective equipment’s, housekeeping etc.
