e- Invoice is responsible for the implementation of modules primarily in invoicing area that included create invoices, quotes and orders. Also provides option for Including adding new product and new customer to master data and creating new quotation and auto converting quotation to Invoice. Option enabled to send mail or converting PDF. Automatically sending statement to the customers with overdue payment and its supports multiple tax rate according to the country.

The main objective of the project is to maintain personal finance in easy and quicker manner. It is mainly used by small scale industries and maintain home budget. It supports different account types like checking, savings loans etc. More than 100 spending categories are predefined for maintaining home budget. Software tracks the spending habit of the user and maintains multi-currency finance. It automatically updates the exchange rate of different currencies from internet. Deadline of the bills are reminded by the software. So no bills can be skipped from paying. It automatically downloads bank statement and updates the correct balance.
